Our appliance installation service makes getting your new appliance up and running simple and convenient.
Installation is available from just £19.99 on selected appliances.
We deliver your appliance and, where installation has been booked and the existing connections are suitable, our delivery team can connect and test the appliance for you.
What Appliances Can We Install?
Our standard installation service is available on selected appliances, including:
Washing machines
Dishwashers
Other suitable appliances where installation is available
Cooker installation is not included in our standard £19.99 installation service.

What's Included?
Where the existing installation is suitable, our standard appliance installation service can include:
✔ Connecting the appliance
We connect the appliance to the existing suitable plumbing and electrical connections.
✔ Checking the connections
We check that the appliance is connected correctly and safely before completing the installation.
✔ Basic testing
Where practical, we'll carry out basic checks to make sure the appliance is operating correctly after installation.
✔ Taking away packaging
Where possible, we can remove the packaging associated with the appliance installation.
Before We Arrive
To make your installation as quick and straightforward as possible, please make sure:
✔ The appliance location is clear and accessible
✔ Suitable water and waste connections are available where required
✔ A suitable electrical supply is available
✔ The existing plumbing and connections are in good condition
✔ The appliance can be safely positioned in its intended location
If connections are inaccessible, unsuitable or unsafe, we may not be able to complete the installation.
What Isn't Included?
Our standard £19.99 installation service does not include:
New electrical wiring
Electrical alterations
New plumbing
Moving or altering existing plumbing
Building work
Kitchen alterations
Work required to make unsuitable connections safe
Installation where specialist electrical work is required
Cooker installation
Any additional work required to make an installation possible must be arranged separately.
Our delivery team will not carry out work that is considered unsafe.
Washing Machine Installation
If you've purchased a refurbished washing machine from Hoys Electrical, our installation service can make the process easier.
We'll connect the machine to suitable existing water, waste and electrical connections and carry out basic checks where possible.
Please ensure the old appliance has been disconnected and the installation area is accessible if you are replacing an existing machine.
Dishwasher Installation
We can also install selected dishwashers where suitable existing connections are available.
The dishwasher must be able to be safely connected to the existing plumbing and electrical supply.
Kitchen units, plumbing alterations or electrical modifications are not included in the standard installation price.
Cooker Installation
Cooker installation is not included in our £19.99 standard appliance installation service.
If you are purchasing a cooker and require installation, please contact us before ordering so we can discuss your requirements.
